It is reported that Taiyuan Iron & Steel Group has released the ex factory prices of stainless steel flat products for October delivery.
The company decided to leave the prices unchanged for October shipments. Also, the company has kept the prices flat for consecutive two months.
Thus, the ex factory prices of 304/2B cold rolled stainless steel with thickness 2.00mm (slitting edge) was at CNY 24,100 per tonne; that of 430/2B cold rolled stainless steel with thickness 2.00mm (slitting edge) was at CNY 11,900 per tonne; that of 304/No 1 hot rolled stainless steel with thickness 3mm to 12mm (slitting edge) was at CNY 23,600 per tonne.
The above prices will become effective in the deliveries in October 2011.
